According to the study, when people see their friends\u2019 optimistic posts about travel and fun, they often have the feeling that others enjoy life better than they do, which causes frustration and envy.<\/p>\n<p>No less than 59% of survey respondents said they already felt uncomfortable seeing posts from friends at a party to which they were not invited, and 45% said they had a negative feeling when seeing holiday photos of people they knew.
